The Boss Track – High-impact leadership at your fingertips.  Michelle Harris founded Boss track in 2021 to provide women new to leadership roles with the development, support and mentorship she found lacking for new leaders. Often little thought is given to the new tools and perspectives needed to lead and, as a result, new leaders are expected to just “figure things out”. Boss track was developed to fill this gap with our online community, 6-week first time leader program and catalog of leadership courses.

Women’s Business Center of Charlotte, NC – The Institute’s Women’s Business Center of Charlotte (WBCC) helps women-owned businesses start and grow. We empower women by offering tools and support to establish businesses, stabilize their companies, generate sustainable profits, strategize for future growth and contribute to the growth and economic development of the community.

Women’s Business Center of Greensboro, NC – The mission of the Women’s Business Center of Greensboro is to promote economic self-sufficiency for all women in Greensboro, North Carolina area through entrepreneurship. We empower women by offering tools and support to establish businesses, stabilize their companies, generate sustainable profits, strategize for future growth and contribute to the growth and economic development of the community. Located at Bennett College in the Catchings Complex.

D.C. Women’s Business Center – The DCWBC delivers business development services to women entrepreneurs in the Washington, DC Metro region. The Center provides one-on-one free counseling and training workshops designed to help women start and grow businesses. We target women entrepreneurs who are economically or socially disadvantaged and whose businesses are located in underserved communities

Maryland Women’s Business Center – Maryland Women’s Business Center (MWBC) works with entrepreneurs across Maryland’s capital region by way of three locations. Through our resources, we encourage women to start, sustain, and grow their businesses. Through workshops, individual counseling, facilitated peer group support, special resources, and access to capital, MWBC annually helps more than 1,500 women gain the skills, connections, and confidence necessary to navigate entrepreneurship.

Women’s Business Center (WBC) of Northern Virginia – Women’s Business Center (WBC) of Northern Virginia is part of a national network of over 100 educational centers throughout the United States which are designed to empower women to achieve small business success and share that success with others.

Women’s Business Center Delaware – The Women’s Business Center at True Access Capital (WBC) provides in-depth, outcome-oriented business services to women entrepreneurs. WBC training includes courses on business planning, business financing, social media and marketing. All WBC clients have the opportunity to network with and learn from successful women business owners, including participation in “work-life balance” seminars several times each year. And through its partnership with True Access Capital, the WBC provides access to business capital for women business owners.
